The Manchester Housing Authority is committed to providing affordable housing opportunities that are decent, safe, and sanitary to eligible low income elderly, families, and handicapped persons in a fair manner. Our goal is to manage our public housing units in a manner that is consistent with good, financially sound property management practices.

The elderly, handicap units are located at The Plains and Newport Park Road. Our family units are located at Loading Place Road.

Manchester Housing Authority has 84 public housing units. Our elderly/handicap developments feature contemporary-style two-story buildings. Our family development features townhouse-style duplex buildings.
